The floating tour on the Corobici River is a soft adventure that combines nature watching and soft adventure, with class 1 and 2 soft rapids. The river tour lasts approximately 2 hours.
Rincon de la Vieja is located north of Liberia, and while some hotels offer tubing on the local rivers, the real rafting tours are located further south east, near Canas.
We can offer you the rafting tour with transportation included from Rincon de la Vieja, or you can meet us in the city of Liberia to start the tour with us from there.

How long is the tour ?
The tours on the river last for around 2 hours to 3 hours, depending on the water levels. Additionally, you have to add the transportation from the hotel and back.
The drive from Rincon de la Vieja to Liberia can be from 1.5 hours in the case of Blue River, to only 30 minutes in the case of Hacienda Guachipelin. In the case of Canyon de la Vieja Lodge it takes only 15 minutes, and in the case of Buena Vista Lodge and Borinquen resort it takes approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour. The river tours last about 2.5 hours of unforgettable eco adventure in the most beautiful rivers of Guanacaste.
